MugShot_Carlos Medina-CerratoOn Monday April 23, at approximately 9:30 in the evening, Marshall County Police Officer Joe Giordano conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation on Michigan Street in Plymouth in the area of Goshen Road. 

It was later determined that the driver, 53 year old Carlos Medina Cerrato of Plymouth had been suspected of operating the vehicle while intoxicated. 

Cerrato was taken to the hospital for a chemical test and later transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating While Intoxicated.
