Warrant arrestOn Thursday evening, April 19th, at approximately 5 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty located Tyler Ogle in the Plymouth Centennial Park.  Ogle was taken into custody for warrants out of Marshall County and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

A little bit later that evening, at approximately 9:30 Officer Beatty located 40 year old Tara Warner at her residence in Plymouth. Warner was taken into custody for warrants out of Marshall County and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Her bail was set at $5,000 cash.

On Saturday, April 21st, about 1:15 in the morning 29 year old Randall J. Hanson of Plymouth was arrested for an active failure to appear warrant through Marshall County.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
