On Saturday April 14, at approximately 4:00 PM Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty conducted a traffic stop at Michigan and 11B Roads. The driver, 28 year old Sargon Bet-NimRod of Rochester was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for driving while being a Habitual Traffic Violator.
