A Marshall County Police Officer on routine patrol stopped a vehicle on Saturday morning about 5:15 at King Road and Lincoln Highway.
The male driver was identified as 27 year old Timothy L. Bowen Jr. of Warsaw. Bowen admitted to police of having a suspended license. A check of his driving history returned on a suspended license with priors.
Timothy Bowen was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with Priors and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
