Republican Congresswoman Jackie Walorski (IN-02) Thursday announced her campaign raised more than $369,000 during the first quarter of 2018, bringing the campaign’s total cash on hand to more than $1.06 million.
“As a lifelong Hoosier, I am grateful to be fighting for 2nd District Hoosiers and to see such overwhelming grassroots support for our campaign,” Walorski said. “My fellow Hoosiers sent me to Congress to find commonsense solutions, which is why I’ve worked to cut taxes for working families, help small businesses and farmers thrive, get our veterans the care they deserve, and make sure our troops have what they need to keep us safe. I couldn’t be more excited to continue talking with hardworking Hoosiers about the issues that matter most to them.”
Hoosiers make up 86 percent of the more than 1,200 individuals who have donated to Walorski’s campaign during this election cycle.
The first quarter report, covering the period from January 1 through March 31, is due to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on April 15. All reports can be viewed at FEC.gov.
