Officer Trent Stouder with the Bremen Police Department served two warrants on Saturday, April 14th.
Just after 1 p.m. Bremen Police were dispatched to Center and Washington Streets. 46 year old Rodney Charles Rose of Bremen was arrested on a civil contempt warrant.
A short time later about 2:10 Officer Stouder conducted a traffic stop at State Road 331 and 8th Road. 44 year old Richard Dean Russell of Bourbon was taken into custody on a Marshall County warrant for Visiting a Common Nuisance.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
