On Saturday, April 7th Officer Chad Beatty with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle at West Jefferson and Washington Streets for a moving violation.
The driver, 35 Saul C. Rodriguez of Plymouth was arrested for Operating Without ever receiving a License. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond and his vehicle was impounded by Lyons Wrecker Service.
