Mugshot_Timothy BorsodiOn Sunday, April 8th, at 3:25 in the morning, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a red 1999 Chevrolet Blazer in the area of US 30 and King Road. 

During the investigation, the officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle resulted in locating 5.7 grams of marijuana, a metal marijuana grinder and glass marijuana pipe. 

The driver, Timothy D. Borsodi was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
