MugShot_Justin WilcoxSaturday evening, April 7, about 9, Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop on Lincoln Highway east of Oak Road. 

During the traffic stop, it was believed that the driver, 42 year old Justin M. Wilcox of Plymouth was intoxicated.  He was transported to the hospital for a chemical test  and later arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and held on a $3,000 cash bond.   

A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review and formal charges being completed.
