On Saturday morning, April 7 at approximately 1:35, the Marshall County 911 Dispatch Center received a call of a single vehicle accident in the 4000 block of King Road.
Patrolman Brouyette responded and conducted an investigation of the accident.

During his investigation it was learned that a Black 2010 Audi 4 door passenger car, driven by Matthew Nyari, 37, of Plymouth, was travelling south bound on King Road when he left the roadway and struck a utility pole owned by REMC. The driver of the vehicle was wearing a safety belt and airbags were deployed, as a result the driver sustained minor injuries from the accident.

Nyari was issued a citation for Operating a vehicle Without Financial Responsibility.
