Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was talking with 26 year old Justin Riley West at River Park Square Tuesday afternoon about 12:30. He told Mr. West there was a valid warrant for his arrest out of Marshall County for Failure to Appear with a $189 bond.
When they arrived at the County Jail Justin West attempted to pull a syringe out of his coat pocket sleeve and try to discard it. He was also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and given a $3,000 cash bond.
