April Shower brings artistic rain barrels! Who knew? Heartland Artists is collaborating with Marshall County Recycle Depot and painting several rain barrels by artists; Jayne Jacobson, Kathy Zentz and Rosie Mireles. Anna & Jayne from the Gallery will work with kids to paint another rain barrel.
ALL PAINTED RAIN BARRELS WILL BE RAFFLED off through the Recycle Depot. Winners will be announced at noon on Saturday April 21st as part of the week-long Earth Hug Boogie celebration for Earth Day.
People may register for the raffle at Heartland Artists Gallery or Marshall County Depot.
The rain barrel shown was painted by Jayne Jacobson and titled ‘When it rains, it stores’!!! The rain barrels will be on display at the Gallery after April 14th.
