Dakota T. Stone, 20 years old from Akron was arrested on Thursday, March 29th for criminal mischief and the theft of gas from several vehicles on Garro Street.
He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond for two counts of Theft. He was given a court date of April 24th.
