Plymouth Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of West Jefferson Street Friday evening about 8:45.
An investigation by Officer Bob DeLee resulted in the arrest of 33 year old Christopher Witten for Domestic Battery in the presence of a minor.
Witten was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
