owi-arrestFriday night, March 30th Argos Police Officer Myles Scott pulled a vehicle over for traffic infractions at US 31 and 14th Road.

Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper was working DUI patrol and assisted with the traffic stop.

An investigation was completed and 25 year old Chad Gibbs of Indianapolis was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Gibbs was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
