MugShot_Manns, LayneOn Wednesday afternoon, March 28th Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to an erratic driver on US 30.

Officers were able to locate the suspected vehicle pulling into Family Express at Oak Drive and Jefferson Streets.

City officers detected impairment of the driver, 21 year old Layne J. Manns of Sycamore Street in Plymouth.

Manns was transported to the Plymouth hospital for a chemical test and after further investigation, was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  He was booked in for Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Operating While Intoxicated under a Controlled Substance.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
