46 year old Marvin R. Lopez Espinal of Plymouth was arrested on Wednesday, March 21st following a traffic stop at Washington and Center Streets about 9:30 in the evening. The traffic stop was for expired plates.
Espinal was taken into custody for Operator Never Licensed. He was transported to Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond while his vehicle was impounded by Lyons Wrecker Service.
