A Plymouth man was arrested Friday evening flowing a traffic stop at Jefferson and Walnut Streets.
Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police department stopped a maroon GMS for an infraction about 5 p.m. During his investigation is was found that the driver, 36 year old James Spiegel was determined to the Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
Spiegel was transported to the County Jail and booked in for DWS with a prior.
