Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Friday evening about 6:15 at Harrison and Michigan Streets.
While speaking with the driver, 29 year old Dexter Sparks Jr. of Plymouth it was discovered he had a active warrant for his arrest out of Marshall County. Mr. Sparks was taken into custody and transported to the Marshal County Jail.
