A traffic stop by Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser was conducted near the intersection of Michigan and Shalley Wednesday, February 28th about 9:30 p.m.

The officer noticed the odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle.

The driver, 22 year old Dakota Nussel of Plymouth was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a minor child in the vehicle and Possession of Marijuana.

Dakota Nussel was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with those crimes.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond and given a March 27th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
