53 year old Kent W. Thomas of Culver was arrested Sunday afternoon as a result of a complaint of a battery at 617 Memory Court.
About 4:45 Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrived and found a male who had visible injuries to his face and arm.
The suspect, Kent Thomas, was located at 618 Memory Court. He was arrested for battery and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $750 cash bond. Thomas was given a court date of March 27th in Superior Court.
