The Indiana Region of the American Red Cross opened two new shelters Saturday evening for residents in the city of Plymouth and Knox affected by flood waters of the Yellow River.
The shelters are located at Plymouth High School; 1 Big Red Drive and Knox Community Schools; 1 Redskin Trail. Residents have evacuated due to the impact of flooding in the area.
