Monday evening, February 19th Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch responded to 1307 South Michigan Street for the report of a suspicious person.
Officers located 25 year old Scott R. Snider of Mishawaka. Unlawful Possession of Syringe and Possession of Methamphetamine with a $1,500 cash bond.
