A Valparaiso driver was arrested after county police investigated an accident on U.S. 31 north of U.S. 30.
Saturday evening, February 17, about 6:30 County Officer Bryant was investigation the accident and located marijuana and paraphernalia.
The driver, 26 year old Carly Day of Valparaiso, was subsequently arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $500 cash bond.
