The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.
They have a full agenda for the meeting. First up is the Marshall County Highway Department and CHA Design Construction Solutions. Pam Davis from Big Idea will have a PowerPoint presentation on branding Marshall County and Emergency Management Director Clyde Avery will present his quarterly report.
County Plan Director Ralph Booker will present three ordinances for the commissioner to consider: Solar and Fence permit fees; Add Fence, Hedges and Walls; and the Abbott zoning change from A-1 to C-2 on second and third reading.
Information Technology Director, Michael Marshall will present a contract with E-gov. Last month Marshall suggesting contracting to have the county’s web hosting and web design for the county done by an outside company. The project is expected to take 6 months and the annual maintenance and support fee will be $1,440 which will be funded out of Marshall’s budget.
The county’s Maintenance Department will discuss a cleaning contract while the County Attorney and Auditor will offer their reports. The Commissioners will also consider the 2018 Purdue Extension Contractual Services agreement.
The meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
