Friday morning, Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre observed 39 year old Kelli Holtzman of Plymouth near the intersection of Columbus Drive and Jefferson Street.
Knowing there was an active warrant for her arrest Officer McIntyre took her into custody without incident and transported her to the Marshall County Jail where she held on a warrant.
