EconomyInnThanksgiving evening (11/23/17) about 5:30 Plymouth Police and EMS were dispatched to the Economy Inn for a female that had fallen and hurt her knee.

Locating the female in room 208, Officer Chad Beatty spoke with her and determined that the male subject, 53 year old Dean Lark   was in violation of a protection order.

Officer Beatty took Lark into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail and booked him in for Invasion of Privacy.He was held on a $750 cash bond.
