Bourbon Police Officer Adam Kraning was dispatched to 14645 State Road 331 Friday evening, November 17th about 6 p.m. for an unknown injury accident involving a semi and a passenger truck.
During an investigation it was determined that the driver of the truck, Mark Knight was Operating the truck after having been judged a habitual traffic violator and having a lifetime suspension of his driving privilege.
Mark Knight was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a $1,500 cash bond. He was also given a court date of December 19th.
