On Thursday, November 9, about 6:45 Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty conducted a traffic stop on the corner of Dickson and Michigan Streets for expired plates.
It was determined the driver was operating without ever receiving a license. 21 year old Sasha Kepler of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Her bail was set at $250.
