Sunday evening about 6 Bremen Police Officer Matt Schnaible investigated the call of a suspicious person in the 1100 block of West Plymouth Street.
He located 49 year old Mark T. Boyd Sr. of South Bend and arrested him for Operating While Intoxicated with a prior within 5 years, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more and OWI on a controlled substance.
Boyd was lodge in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
