A 36 year old man from South Bend was arrested by Bremen Police on Friday, November 3rd. Just after 10 p.m. Bremen Officer John Tice responded to a civil complaint on East Plymouth Street. He located Joshua D. Gay and following an investigation arrested him for Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Criminal Mischief and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
