The Plymouth High School Theatre Department is proud to present the Annual Fall Children’s Show this coming weekend. This year’s production is, “The Spell Of Sleeping Beauty.”
The Plymouth High School auditorium stage will come alive for the premiere on Friday, November 3, at 6:30 p.m. The second showing will be a matinee at 2 p.m. on Saturday, then on Saturday evening, a third performance is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. The last show will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 5.
This is the 38th year the Plymouth High School Theatre Department has held an annual children’s show performance. The production first began in 1979.
Tickets will be sold at the door 30 minutes before each show. The cost is $4 for anyone under age 12 and $5 for everyone else.
This year’s annual Fall Children’s Show production will be double cast, meaning there will be two actors for each role. The Red Cast and crew can be seen on stage during the public performances at Friday at 6:30 p.m. and then again on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
Meanwhile, the White Cast and crew will be performing during the public performances on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and then again at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
The annual Children’s Theatre Performance involves dozens of students from the following four classes at Plymouth High School, Acting, Stage Crew, Theatre Arts II, and Theatre Arts I.
