30 year old Kayla D. Risner of Knox was arrested Friday morning by Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee.
About 11:20 Officer DeLee was dispatched to Karma Records for a shoplifter. Risner was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Theft and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
