A Plymouth man was arrested after city police investigated a hit and skip accident at the corner of Lake and Kenwood Avenues.
Monday evening about 10 Officer Emenhiser located the suspected vehicle at 1000 PIDCO Drive.
During the investigation It was determined the driver, 42 year old Justin M. Wilcox was Operating While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit.
Officer Beatty took Wilcox into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail. He was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of an Accident and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
