Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Hogarth Street for a reported fight between a man and women Friday afternoon about 3:15.
During the investigation Officer Matt Emenhiser located 31 year old Shawn Brown of Albion who had active warrants in Marshall County for a probation violation, burglary and theft. Brown was placed into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond.
