ScarecrowContestHalloween is right around the corner and WTCA and the Pilot News have joined together to bring a little fun into the fall season with the 5th annual Scarecrow Contest.

Local businesses have created some very unique and unusual scarecrows and placed them out front, in the windows or inside their businesses.

Now we need you to choose the top three “best” scarecrows.
