Quentin FlaggFor those of you who missed Quentin Flagg’s all Gospel concert at the Blueberry Festival this year, guess what?  You have another chance!!  Actually, we ALL missed his concert because the Blueberry Committee found it necessary to close the festival early on Monday afternoon because of a storm which was projected to pass through Marshall County.

No one was more disappointed about the cancellation than the entertainer himself.  In his 20 years of entertaining Flagg had never devoted an entire show to Gospel music.  He was looking forward to performing his first all Gospel concert on the Amphitheatre stage for the Blueberry audience.

Thanks to the Outreach Committee of the First United Methodist Church in Plymouth, Flagg has been given an opportunity to perform his all Gospel concert Friday evening, October 20th at 7:00 p.m.  The church doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the community is invited to experience Flagg’s Gospel show.

Flagg’s concerts are family friendly events.  His energetic style appeals to children as well as adults.  While admission is free to all, there will be an opportunity to donate to the First United Methodist Church Mission Guatemala Project.  More information about Mission Guatemala will be on display the evening of the concert.

The First United Methodist Church is located at 400 N. Michigan St. (across the street from First Source Bank).  The church is handicap assessable with the elevator located on the South side of the church on Adams Street.  For further information you may call the church at (574)-936-2943.
