The Marshall County Drainage Board approved a maintenance project to low bidder, Koontz & King Excavating during their meeting Monday.
Three companies submitted sealed bids for the maintenance work on the Knoblock Tile in German Township.
Koontz and King bid $15,999 to replace approximately 1,100 feet of the Fredrick Knoblick Tile on the Keith and Marcia Roeder property on 3B Road east of Fir Road. Cost of the project will be divided equally between the Marshall County Drainage Board and the Roeders.
Estimated cost for the project was $18,500.
