theftSaturday afternoon about 3 Plymouth Police Units were dispatched to Wal-Mart for a theft.

When Officer Krynock arrived on scene, he located the suspect 28 year old Seth Layman of Plymouth in the parking lot and detained him. I

During an investigation the officer was able to determine that Layman had merchandise while inside the store and then returned it for store credit.

Seth Layman was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a cash bond of $1,500 and given a court date of November 7 in Marshall Superior Court II.
