Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre stopped 32 year old Matthew Smith-Over of Bremen Friday night at Michigan and Monroe Streets for a traffic violation.
During his investigation he found Smith-Over’s driving status was Suspended with a prior charge.
Matthew Smith-Over was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond for Driving While Suspended with a prior and Possession of Marijuana.
