Plymouth Police and Plymouth EMS were dispatched to the Economy Inn on North Michigan Street Saturday, October 7th at approximately 10:00pm for a female who called 911 about a fight between her and her boyfriend.
Arriving on the scene Officer Chad Beatty began an investigation and spoke with both parties.
43 year old Robert Milton of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery.
He was held on a $750 cash bond and given a November 7th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
