Warrant_servedPlymouth Police arrest two individuals on Saturday, October 7th on warrants. 

A traffic stop near the intersection of Michigan and Airport Road at 10 p.m. landed 44 year old Cris Cruz of Lawrence in jail when Officer Emenhiser discovered he had an outstanding warrant from Kosciusko County.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond waiting transport to Kosciusko County.

 

Patrolman Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at midnight at Eighth and Jefferson Streets and found 41 year old Jason Lamarr Johnson to have an outstanding warrant through LaPorte County. He was taken into custody and held with no bond until LaPorte County could pick him up. There were no local charges.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
