Driving Without a licenseA traffic stop Friday morning at 2:30 landed a Columbus, OH man in the Marshall County Jail.

Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper stopped a vehicle at US 30 and the State Road 17 exit for speeding.  During a traffic stop 27 year old Isael Aracen Gonzalez was found to be operating a vehicle without ever having received a license.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
