owi-arrestEarly Thursday morning at 12:28 Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper stopped a vehicle at Pidco and Flora Streets for a traffic violation.

30 year old Nicole M. White of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  This was a second violation and there were several minors in the vehicle.  White tested over the legal limit for alcohol and also tested positive for controlled substances.  She was lodged in Marshall County Jail on three charges and held on a $1,500 cash bond until 7:30 when her bond was posted.  White was given an October 17th court date in Marshall Superior Court number two.
