Tim Lee, SouthernCare Hospice Chaplain announced that SouthernCare Hospice will be holding this year’s annual memorial service in Plymouth, on Sunday, October 15, 2:00 PM, at the Lions Pavilion in Centennial Park.
This is a special time for families, friends to celebrate, honor and remember those who SouthernCare Hospice has served and loved.
Service will be conducted by Jim Smart, Life Celebrant from Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home in Plymouth.
