On Thursday, September 28th St. Joseph County Police called Plymouth Police to alert them of a male leaving Behavior Health Care with 3 warrants. Officer Steve DeLee went to the facility on Oak Drive and took 52 year old Steven Perkins of South Bend into custody without incident.
