MugShot_Casey SillsOn Monday, October 2, at approximately 12:20 in the morning, Marshall County Officer Brouyette initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 31 and Veterans Parkway on a 1995 Pontiac passenger car. During the traffic stop, the driver, 44 year old Casey S. Sills of Osceola was believed to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Ms. Sills was taken for a certified chemical test that determined her blood alcohol content to be two times the legal limit. Casey Sills was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was lodged on preliminary charges for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
