Marshall County Police investigated a domestic disturbance Sunday evening and arrested a Bremen man.

About 8:30 Officer Wozniak was dispatched to a residence in the 3000 block of Sea Lane in Bremen for an active disturbance between a male and female. 

Officers arrived on scene and an investigation the situation.  They determined that 53 year old Joseph Lamaster of the Sea Lane address had battered the 30 year old female in the residence while children were present. 

Joseph Lamaster was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Battery by a family member in the presence of children.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
