Marshall County Deputy Les McFarland served a search warrant on a Bourbon man Sunday just after noon.
The officer located 30 year old Aaron M. Myers at a residence in the 100 block of Water Street in Plymouth. Myers had an active arrest warrant for his arrest, through Marshall County Superior I Court for Burglary as a level 4 and Theft as a Level 6.
While taking Aaron M. Myers into custody Officer McFarland located a substance believed to be methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review.
Myers was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond for the Burglary and a $3,000 cash bond for the meth possession.
