marijuana-cuffsOn Saturday, August 26th, about 11 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer stopped a vehicle at 1St and Madison Streets for a traffic violation.    37 year old Joshua D Shortt of Plymouth was stopped and found to be in possession of marijuana.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  His cash bond was set at $500.00 and he was given a court date a September 19th court date in Superior Court.
